Please read these terms carefully before using the 477bd platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 477bd ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing any part of the 477bd website at https://477bd.bio, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published by 477bd, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and operate a 477bd account, players must meet all of the following requirements at registration and throughout the lifetime of the account. 477bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time.

- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Corporations, trusts, and other non-natural legal entities may not register accounts.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 477bd, nor an immediate family member of any such person, where participation would create a conflict of interest.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration including your full legal name, Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth. Keeping this information up to date is your ongoing responsibility.
- You must not hold any existing 477bd account that was previously suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms. Opening a duplicate account is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold one account only. Your 477bd account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not authorised by you.
You must keep your password and login credentials confidential at all times. 477bd will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, change your password immediately and notify our support team via the email shown in the footer of this site.
477bd uses SSL encryption to protect your account and personal data in transit. Additional security features — including account lockout after repeated failed login attempts and automatic session timeout for inactive sessions — apply as standard to every account. Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on any other service.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 477bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. 477bd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however your payment provider may apply their own service charges independently.
Deposits
The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time following confirmation from your chosen payment provider. 477bd accepts deposits only from payment accounts registered in the same name as your 477bd account. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' mobile wallets — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within one to six hours during normal operating periods. Requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take longer. Withdrawals are paid to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for your most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. 477bd reserves the right to request proof of identity before releasing any withdrawal funds.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
477bd offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated when the offer is made. Players who attempt to abuse bonus offers will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and hold a verified 477bd account in good standing. Welcome bonuses for new players are available once per player and once per household, device, or IP address.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Different game types may contribute at different rates toward satisfying the rollover requirement — applicable contribution rates are stated in the specific bonus terms.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support immediately. 477bd reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus amount from a player's balance at any time.
- 477bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited and actively being wagered will not be revoked mid-rollover without reasonable cause.
- Players who deposit using a payment method that carries a provider fee may have the effective deposit amount adjusted by that fee value before bonus eligibility is calculated. This adjustment will always be communicated transparently before the deposit is confirmed.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the 477bd platform are final once confirmed. Players accept that live sports betting odds and casino game outcomes are determined in real time and that 477bd cannot alter results after a bet or game round has been settled. In the event of a manifest error — including odds or payouts published in error — 477bd reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account balance.
Cricket betting markets cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other major tournaments. Where a match is abandoned, suspended, or decided by a method other than normal play, 477bd will settle affected markets in accordance with the relevant competition's official void and abandonment rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 477bd platform. 477bd monitors account activity and will investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. Where confirmed, 477bd will take appropriate action up to and including permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or software designed to interact with the 477bd platform in a manner not intended for human users, including automated betting systems, odds-scraping tools, or account creation bots.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated multi-account wagering strategies.
- Using the 477bd platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid reporting thresholds, using funds derived from criminal activity, or using the platform as a conduit for moving funds between third parties.
- Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error on the 477bd platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or unknown platform error are not payable and will be voided on discovery.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any identity verification process, including using another person's identity documents, mobile number, or payment account to create or operate a 477bd account.
477bd cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in Bangladesh and internationally where required. Account activity that 477bd reasonably suspects constitutes a criminal offence will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
477bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where 477bd reasonably believes that: (a) the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2; (b) prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 has occurred; (c) account activity presents an unacceptable risk of fraud or money laundering; or (d) a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires account action.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the account balance at the time of suspension will be ring-fenced and will not be used by 477bd during the investigation period. Where suspension results in permanent closure following confirmed breach of these Terms, 477bd reserves the right to forfeit the balance.
9. Responsible Gaming
477bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 477bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity caused by platform downtime, network interruption, or technical failure outside 477bd's reasonable control. 477bd's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 477bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and 477bd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
11. Changes to These Terms
477bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 477bd will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and will use reasonable efforts to notify active players of significant amendments via a platform notice or by email. It is each player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the 477bd platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.
